For businesses and groups looking for something new for their 2008 parties, Gulf Greyhound Park’s hospitality experts have plenty of options for you to choose from.
GGP’s party professionals have a wide array of party plans and venues at the track to select. Each package includes set-up, food and beverage as well as Clubhouse tables and opportunities to wager and win at world-class greyhound racing.

ADMISSION ONLY PACKAGE (15 or more)
$4 per person Terrace Clubhouse
Admission only package includes admission, reserved Clubhouse tables, racing program, tip sheet, betting instructor, group recognition and a special gift for the group leader. This package is perfect for groups that wish to order off the menu or be on their own for food.
Admission-only packages must be paid in advance.
LUNCH and DINNER PACKAGES
You may pick from any of our buffet, dinner, lunch and appetizer menus. Each meal is prepared in our award-winning kitchen with world class attention to detail and service. Our food is great and the prices are even better!
SEATING
Your group will be assigned reserved Terrace Clubhouse seating. Each table has a private television monitor and a great view of the track. The tables can accommodate four adults. Private party areas are available based upon availability. (See Special Event areas)
BAR
You may choose several options for your bar, an open bar or a cash bar. You may also choose to use a combination of open and cash bars. All open bars will be assigned drink tickets. Friendly wait-staffers are assigned to handle your drink orders.
BUSES (if applicable)
Your Betting Buddy will greet your bus upon arrival at Gulf Greyhound Park.
SENIOR GROUPS
We have fantastic Senior lunch and dinner discounts for parties of 15 or more. Wednesday Matinees are extra special for senior groups with a special $8.00 all inclusive package. Groups reservations must be booked in advance through group sales.
Make It Extra Special!
Betting Buddies - A betting instructor will help your group by answering betting questions and conducting group betting games.
Adoption Dog Visit - Ask for the extremely popular appearance by one of our lovable retired greyhounds.
FEATURE RACE SPECIAL ($40) - A race will be named for the group or an individual. Your sponsorship will be announced over the P.A. and acknowledged on the toteboard. A group picture (8-12 people) will be taken on the track with the winning greyhound. With a two-week notice, your sponsorship will be included in the program.

Special Event Areas
TERRACE BAR
The premiere private clubhouse suite includes a private reception area, private bar with bartender, private betting teller, private wait staff, self serve betting machines, big screen television and over 15 large televisions. Our Hall of Fame is located in the Terrace Bar and adds to the atmosphere of this exclusive room. The Terrace Bar can be reserved for meetings, receptions and even daytime events.
FOR GROUPS OF 20 TO 150
Reservation Requirements: $500 rental fee Thursday to Sunday
WINNER'S CIRCLE SUITE
Located in our first floor suite area with a spectacular view of the track, the Winner's Circle includes a private bar with bartender, private wait staff, large televisions, private viewing tables and room for private buffets. The Winner's Circle Suite can be reserved for meetings, receptions and even daytime events.
FOR GROUPS OF 20 TO 100
Reservation Requirements: $250 rental fee Thursday to Sunday
FINISH LINE SUITE
Located in our first floor suite area with a spectacular view of the track, the Finish Line includes a private bar with bartender, private wait staff, large televisions, private viewing tables, room for private buffets and will accommodate live music, DJ's and dancing. The Finish Line Suite can be reserved for meetings, receptions and even daytime events.
FOR GROUPS OF 20 TO 250
Reservation Requirements: $250 rental fee Thursday to Sunday
FIRST FLOOR SUITES
The Winner's Circle Suite and Finish Line Suite can be combined to form one large area for groups of 200 or more. With the addition of the concourse area, this area can accommodate the largest groups with two full service bars, seating for up to 500 with a great view of the track.

Meetings, Trade Shows, Conventions, Special Events
Gulf Greyhound Park has over 26,000 square feet of exhibit space for conventions and trade shows. We can accommodate up to 1,900 for speaking engagements and over 5,000 for special events! A 2 million sq. ft. special event parking lot is waiting for your outdoor events. Our award-winning kitchen will cater any size event with the world class service and attention expected from the world’s number one greyhound facility.

RACING SCHEDULE
Gulf Greyhound Park is open for world-class greyhound racing year round, rain or shine. Evening races are held Thursday through Saturday, doors open at 6:00 p.m. and post time is 7:00 p.m. Matinee races are held Wednesday at noon doors open at 11:00 a.m., Saturday and Sunday at 1:30 p.m. doors open at 12:30 p.m.
