| A1 - First, make sure you have clicked on the 'streaming video' link after you log on. Then, make sure you have Windows Media Player 9 or greater. download Windows Media Player. Also, there will only be video offered while we are racing live. Please check our schedule for race times. |

| Q2 - Why is the video blurry? |
| A2 - Due to bandwith restrictions, the video is streamed at 133Kbps with audio and overhead included. This is a 320x240 resolution and blurs because of the fast movement of the dogs. |

| Q3 - What operating systems are supported? |
| A3 - Windows Media Player 12 supports Windows 7. Older versions will also support GGP streaming video,as long as it's compatible with Windows Media Player 9 or greater. The latest version of Windows Media Player as of January 2012 is version 12. This is supported by GGP Streaming Video. |

| Q4 - My Sign-Up was successful, why didn't I receive the Activation Email? |
| A4 - Please click on the following link: Resend Activation Email. Please be sure to allow webmaster@gulfgreyhound.com through any spam filters, otherwise you may not receive the activation email! |

| Q5 - Can I use a fake email address? |
| A5 - If you don't use a valid Email Address, your information will be discarded; so please double check your information before clicking on "Sign-Up". |

| Q7 - I have a modem, can I still stream video? |
| A7 - Yes, the stream will work over a modem, however, there is a good chance the video will be very jumpy or only play audio. |

| Q8 - I can see the video, but here no sound. |
| A8 - There is very little sound being broadcast, it is usually just during the races. Make sure you have your volume up enough on your computer to here the announcer. |

| Q9 - I signed up, but I cannot sign in! |
| A9 - Your entry may have been removed from our database if you signed up for over 7 days ago without activating your account. You need to sign-up again. |

| Q10 - How do I configure my hotmail account to receive emails coming from webmaster@gulfgreyhound.com? |
A10 - Please follow these steps: 1- click on "Mail Options" 2- click on "Junk E-Mail Protection" 3- click on "Safe List" 4- in the "Type an address or domain", type "webmaster@gulfgreyhound.com", and then click on "Add". |

| Q11 - How can I get Stream Video to work with Firefox? |
| A11 - You need to install a plug-in that supports playing Windows Media Player files in Firefox; and here is a direct link to it: http://port25.technet.com/pages/windows-media-player-firefox-plugin-download.aspx. |

| Q12 - I have signed up long time ago, but I cannot sign in anymore! |
| A12 - All accounts which have been inactive for over 6 months have been removed from our database. If you decided to reactivate your account, you need to send a message to webmaster@gulfgreyhound.com from the email you used when you first signed up. |

| A13 - You will have to approve ActiveX control when prompted. |
